Hotel Fire Safety Assessment
The assessment includes a comprehensive risk based analysis of the hotels fire precautions and means of escape in case of fire. This will include an examination of all aspects of;
- Fire training
- Emergency lighting and signage
- Fire alarm system and fire-fighting equipment
- Staircase layout and fire protection
- Fire safety of entertainment areas, disco-areas and atrium
- Fire safety of air conditioning, heating and ventilation etc.
Hygiene Assessment
A comprehensive examination of all aspects of kitchen hygiene management including;
- HACCP based kitchen management and control systems and records
- Staff training, health screening and staff hygiene facilities
Pool and Water Safety
Assessment of swimming pool safety including;
- Pool safety features and safety management
- Safety assessment of any jacuzzis, water slides / flumes / water parks
- Pool contamination control
General Safety
Assessment of general safety aspects of the hotel including;
- Balcony safety and construction
- Safety of all public areas; restaurants, bars, casinos, children's indoor & outdoor facilities, crèche and play areas
- Guest security
- Safety of energy provision; heating, hot water and air conditioning
